Responsibilities

  • Inspect PCB compliance according to customer requirements and the IPC-A-610 standard
  • Document inspection results and complete nonconformance reports when required
  • Record inspection results in Virtual Process
  • Issue certificates of conformity
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with traceability procedures and final packaging requirements
  • Participate in internal quality audits and corrective actions

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience in final inspection or 5 years of experience in micro-soldering electronic circuits
  • IPC-A-610 certification (an asset)
  • Knowledge of electronic components (values/polarities)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
  • Knowledge of ESD/anti-static procedures
  • Ability to comply with customer and company requirements
